Northern Maine Fair's First Tiny Miss

In August, 2010, Cassidy Garrard (left) was crowned the first ever Tiny Miss Northern Maine Fair.  Cassidy is a direct descendent of J. Wingate Haines, one of the original founders of the Northern Maine Fair over 150 years ago.
