FFJ Photo Featured on Nationally-Distributed CD

Nationally-acclaimed singer/songwriter, Dave vonKleist has chosen a photo taken by David Deschesne, from the Fort Fairfield Journal as the cover of his latest CD, Forever Vigilant.

“I took the photo of Mr. vonKleist at the ‘Freedom Concert’ at Ed and Elaine Brown’s home in New Hampshire, when my wife and I visited in June of 2007,” said Deschesne. “I posted the photos as part of the news story online and had no idea he was going to choose this photo for his project.”

“I’m glad Mr. Deschesne was able to make the concert, I was happy to finally meet him,” said vonKleist. “I am so pleased that there is a paper like the Fort Fairfield Journal out there telling the truth to their community! Dave Deschesne has set the bar and example for other newspapers around the country!”

In addition to singing, vonKleist also co-hosts an internationally syndicated radio talk show, The Power Hour, with his wife, Joyce, which discusses constitutional and health issues important to the continuance of a free and healthy society.

VonKleist’s original music focuses on Constitutional issues and features a an adult contemporary, light rock sound.

The CD is $15 + Shipping and includes a cassette of the 1st album, Music to Live For. Also, if requested, a copy of the Bush Bumper Disc CD will be included. The Bush Bonus Bumper Disc is a collection of Bushims and musical parodies composed by vonKleist.
