The US Government is nearing $7 Trillion in debt and is plunging at a rate of nearly $1 Trillion more per year!

The US Government is expected to reach $7 trillion in debt this month. The debt is unpayable because all money in existence is brought into being by debt, and said debt is paid off with still more borrowed money. Consumer debt is nearly $2 trillion and business debt estimated at $15 trillion.

With unfunded mandates factored in (Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, welfare, etc.) total outstanding US debt tops out at $55 trillion. None of this debt can ever be paid. The U.S. is hopelessly bankrupt and has been since 1933.

While it took 195 years to get $1 trillion in debt, we are now going into debt at that rate every year!

Presque Isle Couple Suffers 4th Amendment Rights Violation

The people of Maine should be aware that their rights under the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution are being violated; especially if they own any pets or raise livestock. In June of 2003 a property in Presque Isle, Maine was entered via search warrant and animals were removed. The search warrant was obtained with information that was obtained via the illegal trespassing of a Maine Public Service employee who was attempting to notify the inhabitants of the house that power would be temporarily shut down for routine maintenance. Finding nobody home, he attempted to notify anyone who may be in the adjacent barn. Upon entering the barn, he noticed several geese, a chained up dog and a deceased dog lying under a tarp. He then contacted the Presque Isle Police. This MPS employee violated the "Plain View Doctrine." The plain view doctrine is summarized as follows:

A plurality of the Supreme Court has ruled that the plain view doctrine is subject to the limitation that

(1) a law enforcement officer must lawfully make an initial intrusion or otherwise properly be in a position from which he can view a particular area,

(2) the discovery of evidence in plain view must be

inadvertent, and

(3) it must be immediately apparent to the police that they have evidence before them.

A Presque Isle police officer followed up on the information with a visit to the farmhouse. According to his affidavit requesting a search warrant, he did exercise prudence in observing the right of way laws by only observing the scene from his patrol car in the driveway. He observed, "...seven cats in the driveway that appeared malnourished and had burdocks in their hair," and …could hear a dog bark coming from the barn." He also stated, From my position in the driveway I did not see any dishes for food or water." He mentioned the MPS employee's assertion of a dead dog in his request for warrant but did not go into the barn to see it.

Just because no food or water could be seen from the car didn't mean there was none, the cats were feral (stray - belonging to nobody) and the "dead dog" recently died of old age and the elderly owners were awaiting help from family members to bury it. Family members of the elderly couple were assisting in the care of the animals located at that farmhouse since the elderly couple had moved into town for health reasons and were unable to bring said animals with them.

The signature authorizing the search warrant was the second violation of the property owners’ fourth amendment rights. The first violation being the request by the Police Officer for the search warrant using information obtained illegally by a trespasser. The first order of investigation is that information used to obtain a search warrant must be gained via what is referred to as; in Plain View from where a person has the legal right to be. In other words, what can be seen from the road, sidewalk or driveway but not found by trespassing into buildings or on a hike around the property without the owners' permission. In the past, Maine animal welfare workers would not have pursued this case based upon such illegally obtained information, but would have investigated further. According to the police officer involved in this case, he and his "ride along" were acting according to direction from Norma Worley, Director of the Maine State Animal Welfare Program. With a questionable warrant in hand, Presque Isle police showed up with Jennifer Howlett to serve it. (All charges of animal cruelty were ultimately dropped, as were similar charges of failure to license and vaccinate up to 20 stray cats the summer before.) Although Ms. Howlett was reported by both WAGM Channel 8 News and the Star Herald as being the State Humane Agent, she was not in the employ of the State or the City of Presque Isle at the time of the enforcement of the search warrant for the property in Presque Isle but was actually in "ride along" status. Ms. Howlett should never have gotten out of the vehicle, or signed any documents relating to the case.

Ms. Worley’s background shows that she apparently has experience in violating civil rights granted by the United States Constitution. Similar right violations cases, to date, have cost Ventura County, (Ms. Worley’s previous employer) over a half million dollars in damages and legal fees to date and there is another related case recently filed in the California Court system. The Maine State Department of Animal Welfare under Ms. Worley’s direction is no longer actively investigating its cases but are operating under the premise of "shoot first ask questions later". Ms. Worley recently placed a gag order on all Maine State Department of Animal Welfare employees to prevent them from talking to any representative from the press regarding their cases, jobs or performance of those jobs. Letters to Senator Richard Kneeland and Representative Jackie Lundeen regarding this have gone unanswered since June of 2003.

While the couple referred to have chosen not to pursue legal remedies, the fact remains that the rest of us may suffer similar or more egregious violations of our rights in the future if we don't stand up for them now.

Washington's Vision

In the National Tribune, 1880, an article appeared giving an account of the "Vision of Washington" at Valley Forge. The account was told by a gentleman named Anthony Sherman, who supposedly was at Valley Forge during the winter of 1777-78. The story has been published several times.

"You doubtless heard the story of Washington's going to the thicket to pray in secret for aid and comfort from God, the interposition of whose Divine Providence brought us safely through the darkest days of tribulation. One day, I remember it well, when the chilly winds whistled through the leafless trees, though the sky was cloudless and the sun shown brightly, he remained in his quarters nearly all the afternoon alone. When he came out, I noticed that his face was a shade paler than usual. There seemed to be something on his mind of more than ordinary importance. Returning just after dusk, he dispatched an orderly to the quarters who was presently in attendance. After a preliminary conversation of about an hour, Washington, gazing upon his companion with that strange look of dignity which he alone commanded, related the event that occurred that day."

"This afternoon, as I was sitting at this table engaged in preparing a dispatch, something seemed to disturb me. Looking up, I beheld standing opposite me a singularly beautiful female. So astonished was I, for I had given strict orders not to be disturbed, that it was some moments before I found language to inquire the cause of her presence. A second, a third and even a fourth time did I repeat my question, but received no answer from my mysterious visitor except a slight raising of her eyes.

By this time I felt strange sensations spreading through me. I would have risen but the riveted gaze of the being before me rendered volition impossible. I assayed once more to address her, but my tongue had become useless, as though it had become paralyzed.

A new influence, mysterious, potent, irresistible, took possession of me. All I could do was to gaze steadily, vacantly at my unknown visitor. Gradually the surrounding atmosphere seemed as if it had become filled with sensations, and luminous. Everything about me seemed to rarefy, the mysterious visitor herself becoming more airy and yet more distinct to my sight than before. I now began to feel as one dying, or rather to experience the sensations which I have sometimes imagined accompany dissolution. I did not think, I did not reason, I did not move; all were alike impossible. I was only conscious of gazing fixedly, vacantly at my companion.

Presently I heard a voice saying, `Son of the Republic, look and learn,' while at the same time my visitor extended her arm eastwardly, I now beheld a heavy white vapor at some distance rising fold upon fold. This gradually dissipated, and I looked upon a stranger scene. Before me lay spread out in one vast plain all the countries of the world - Europe, Asia, Africa and America. I saw rolling and tossing between Europe and America the billows of the Atlantic, and between Asia and America lay the Pacific.

"Son of the Republic," said the same mysterious voice as before, "look and learn." At that moment I beheld a dark, shadowy being, like an angel, standing or rather floating in mid-air, between Europe and America. Dipping water out of the ocean in the hollow of each hand, he sprinkled some upon America with his right hand, while with his left hand he cast some on Europe. Immediately a cloud raised from these countries, and joined in mid-ocean. For a while it remained stationary, and then moved slowly westward, until it enveloped America in its murky folds. Sharp flashes of lightning gleamed through it at intervals, and I heard the smothered groans and cries of the American people.

A second time the angel dipped water from the ocean, and sprinkled it out as before. The dark cloud was then drawn back to the ocean, in whose heaving billows in sank from view. A third time I heard the mysterious voice saying, "Son of the Republic, look and learn," I cast my eyes upon America and beheld villages and towns and cities springing up one after another until the whole land from the Atlantic to the Pacific was dotted with them.

Again, I heard the mysterious voice say, "Son of the Republic, the end of the century cometh, look and learn." At this the dark shadowy angel turned his face southward, and from Africa I saw an ill omened specter approach our land. It flitted slowly over every town and city of the latter. The inhabitants presently set themselves in battle array against each other. As I continued looking I saw a bright angel, on whose brow rested a crown of light, on which was traced the word "Union," bearing the American flag which he placed between the divided nation, and said, "Remember ye are brethren." Instantly, the inhabitants, casting from them their weapons became friends once more, and united around the National Standard.

"And again I heard the mysterious voice saying "Son of the Republic, look and learn." At this the dark, shadowy angel placed a trumpet to his mouth, and blew three distinct blasts; and taking water from the ocean, he sprinkled it upon Europe, Asia and Africa. Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene: From each of these countries arose thick, black clouds that were soon joined into one. Throughout this mass there gleamed a dark red light by which I saw hordes of armed men, who, moving with the cloud, marched by land and sailed by sea to America. Our country was enveloped in this volume of cloud, and I saw these vast armies devastate the whole county and burn the villages, towns and cities that I beheld springing up. As my ears listened to the thundering of the cannon, clashing of sword, and the shouts and cries of millions in mortal combat, I heard again the mysterious voice saying, "Son of the Republic, look and learn" When the voice had ceased, the dark shadowy angel placed his trumpet once more to his mouth, and blew a long and fearful blast. "Instantly a light as of a thousand suns shone down from above me, and pierced and broke into fragments the dark cloud which enveloped America. At the same moment the angel upon whose head still shone the word Union, and who bore our national flag in one hand and a sword in the other, descended from the heavens attended by legions of white spirits. These immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were will nigh overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken ranks and renewed the battle.

Again, amid the fearful noise of the conflict, I heard the mysterious voice saying, "Son of the Republic, look and learn." As the voice ceased, the shadowy angel for the last time dipped water from the ocean and sprinkled it upon America. Instantly the dark cloud rolled back, together with the armies it had brought, leaving the inhabitants of the land victorious!

Then once more I beheld the villages, towns and cities springing up where I had seen them before, while the bright angel, planting the azure standard he had brought in the midst of them, cried with a loud voice: "While the stars remain, and the heavens send down dew upon the earth, so long shall the Union last." And taking from his brow the crown on which blazoned the word "Union," he placed it upon the Standard while the people, kneeling down, said, "Amen."

The scene instantly began to fade and dissolve, and I at last saw nothing but the rising, curling vapor I at first beheld. This also disappearing, I found myself once more gazing upon the mysterious visitor, who, in the same voice I had heard before, said, "Son of the Republic, what you have seen is thus interpreted: Three great perils will come upon the Republic. The most fearful is the third, but in this greatest conflict the whole world united shall not prevail against her. Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his God, his land and the Union." With these words the vision vanished, and I started from my seat and felt that I had seen a vision wherein had been shown to me the birth, progress, and destiny of the United States.

The Origins of the Christmas Tree

"The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year. In most Wiccan/Witchcraft traditions the theme of the Winter Solstice is linked to the rebirth/renewal of the sun. From this point on the days become longer as the Wheel of the Year turns toward summer. In the traditional Wiccan mythos, the new sun god is born at the Winter Solstice. The period of the Winter Solstice is also known as Yule. Its symbols include the holly and the pine, the latter representing the evergreen that itself symbolizes the undying light of the sun. Many Christians today have adopted the pagan practice of tree-worship while acknowledging the birth of Jesus. That pagan practice, among others, was adopted by the early church in an effort to bring the heathen in and convert them. The heathen, however, have converted the Christians.

"Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel: Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not." - Jeremiah 10:1-4

MIB's "Nueralizer" Exists Today!

In the movies Men in Black and Men in Black II Agent K and Agent J use an interesting tool called a Neuralizer". This gadget, when flashed in a person’s eyes, will cause all of their memory to evaporate and allow the agents to re-program" them with whatever version of reality they wish to impart in order to keep the existence of aliens a secret. The agents wore special sunglasses that prevented them from brainwashing themselves.

Today that neuralizer does exist and is working quite well, except not as fast as a flash of light and the secret it protects is not necessarily aliens – the secret is our self-imposed slavery. It works at a snail’s pace, slowly reprogramming an unwitting suspect’s knowledge and understanding of history and reality. The operatives are highly trained and very good at what they do. Any reality can be virtually erased and replaced in a human’s mind with an altered form of reality at such a believable level that all who are within sight and hearing of the neuralizer will have their minds changed if they stay exposed long enough. Nearly 95% of the population succumbs to this form of brainwashing every day.

Alternates that will help shore up and maintain the brainwashing, in the event the unwitting suspect gets out of range, support the neuralizer.

The neuralizer is the television and its alternates are radio and newspaper. While the mainstream television news media is the workhorse of the neuralizer, you cannot escape the propaganda by flipping to another channel. It exists in sit-coms, documentaries…everywhere. The mainstream radio talk shows and newspapers also work in tandem with the establishment media (though they may appear opposed; e.g. Rush Limbaugh, Mike Savage, etc.) in order to perpetuate the brainwashing when a viewer is out of range of television.

There’s a war on for you mind. Put your sunglasses on and avoid its beam" or things will only get worse.

Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor Promotes Gov. Propaganda

Tim Allen’s highly successful sit-com Home Improvement" has improved upon the art of propaganda quite nicely. In the episode where Tim’s wife, Jill, gives him a surprise birthday party by planning a white-water rafting trip, there are several key propaganda pieces that are painfully obvious to those who are trained to observe them.

A guide who presents himself and his wife as survivalists" hosts the trip. While Jill and the survivalist’s wife stay behind and make tree bark soup, the conversation gets around to dangers in society where the female survivalist states, The greatest dangers to the world are Dairy farmers and aluminum manufacturers." The audience laughs – then commercial break.

Later, while on the river, the male survivalist tells Tim Tayler, You look familiar." Tim smugly replies, I have my own TV show, maybe you’ve seen me." The survivalist then says, I don’t even own a television – the government sends out subliminal messages over the airwaves to control peoples’ brains." Tim then makes a smug remark and the guide jumps over the side of the raft because he can’t take the verbal abuse anymore.

Here’s the propaganda decoded:

The two survivalists were depicted as ignorant, backwoods types who eat tree bark soup. They did well to utter complete sentences and were not portrayed as being very credible. The remark the female made to Jill about …Dairy farmers and Aluminum manufactures" is interesting….

Dairy farmers who mass-produce milk inject growth hormones into their cows in order to increase milk production. These hormones are harmful to some and can cause an unknown number of problems in others; such as cancer, osteoporosis, etc. Also, some studies have shown milk in general to be harmful to humans’ health.

Aluminum, which is found in most deodorants and anti-perspirants, as well as aluminum soda cans, has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease. The metal gets into a person’s body and affects the brain in ways we are now just beginning to understand.

Subliminal messages are contained in many television shows and newscasts. It is called Product Placement." Manufacturers pay big money to get their brand name shown in a movie, sit-com documentary, etc. If nobody pays, then you will see a generic beer, milk, soda, cereal, etc. The government also pays about $50 million per year for their product placement. This began with the show Maude when Maude was going to have an abortion. All in the Family with Archie Bunker was filled with product placement themes from various governmental agencies attempting to sway the thinking of the American public, also Good Times was seen running anti-gun themes, as well. The government is now using police dramas such as NYPD Blue 24, CSI, etc. to convince us that police don’t need warrants and that torturing prisoners is O-k.

Because the truth of the above statements wasn’t laid out on the show in the way I just elucidated, and was spoken by two characters of questionable intellect, whenever the average viewer hears this information out in the real world" they will subconsciously link the information to kooks" and idiots" – thereby discrediting the truth altogether.

Highly trained psychopolitical operators are programming our news and sit-coms on a daily basis following the guerilla warfare tactics of using authentic news sources" to put out their information as if it were the truth, to take over indigenous populations.

From their own manual: "…By their presence in the operational area, special forces personnel are able to gather exploitable information on the immediate situation and on the attitudes and behavior of the local population…Armed with this information, the special forces commander can then request support from the theatre psychological operations officer to assist in carrying out a predetermined and coordinated psychological program. This support may take the form of dropping newspapers and other semi-official media to the populations, supplying the guerrillas with ... additional advice and techniques to conduct a detailed and integrated psychological program..."– FM 31-21 GUERRILLA WARFARE AND SPECIAL FORCES OPERATIONS, DEPT. OF THE ARMY, sec. 150 (b) (2)

Our own Statewide newspaper in Maine, The Bangor Daily News has the following slogan: It's What you need. To know." In other words, they are only going to tell you what you need to know." The news you should know won’t make it in their paper.

The conclusion is that very smart people are running everything and subtly telling us what they want us to think. Stop listening to them and think for yourself.

Silver Depreciation:  A Parable

It is astounding how much daily crime goes on right in front of us and no one does a thing about it. Imagine. The big guns have been allowed to sell contracts to deliver silver that they don't own. That might not be a worry until you realize that in aggregate they have sold

the annual production of the United States! In other words purchasers of silver contracts (called "futures contracts" and traded on the Commodities Futures Trading Commission) would obviously not be able to claim the silver they purchased by contract if all of them claimed at once. There would be huge losses. Other markets do not allow such "naked short sales" as this. But the CFTC has tolerated them for years.

How the King Financed his War:

A parable

One day the King decided to declare war on his neighbor. “Lets see, now. I am going to have to add troops to my army.” Checking the treasury, though, he found the cupboard bare. But his financial advisor had the answer. “Print paper money, My Leige.”

 And so he did. And it worked so well that he did it again…and again. But some people noticed all the new currency and that the currency in their pocket was worth less each time the King printed more. So they decided they prefered silver which holds its value. And the price of silver began to rise. As more people realized that silver was a better store of value than the currency, more bought it and the price continued to rise.

Well. The King didn’t like this. After all, every time the silver price went up, more people noticed that the currency was worth less. “What if more and more people notice that the currency is depreciating and that silver is appreciating? Pretty soon everyone will want silver and no one will want currency. What do I do?”

The financial advisor had the answer. “You should sell silver and the price will go down, My Lord.”

 “But I don’t have any silver,” lamented the King.

The advisor, however, knew just what to do. Some cronies sold large quantities of silver. Because they didn’t own enough silver of their own, they borrowed silver from others and sold it in the silver market. This they called “selling short.”  They planned to buy back the silver later when the price was lower and return the borrowed silver and pocket the difference as profit.

And sure enough, the  silver price went down as large “short sales” were made.

But woe was the King. Too many people had now decided to buy silver and the price crept up again. More short sales didn’t seem to be enough to lower the price. The price kept creeping up.

 Then someone had a brilliant idea!

“Look,” he said. “It’s silly lugging around these silver ingots. There is another way that doesn’t require using actual silver each time. Let’s make contracts to deliver silver in the future and buy and sell the contracts rather than the actual silver. Let’s call them ‘futures contracts.’ That will be a lot better than moving those silver ingots around. And the price of silver will go up and down with the price of the contracts.”

“Smashing idea!” said the King.

As they merrily bought and sold contracts to deliver silver in the future, they noticed that they could sell contracts short without owning any silver. They called these transactions “naked short sales.” In other words, they sold contracts for the delivery of silver that they did not have.

Selling contracts “naked” allowed them to sell many more contracts then before. The risk of having to deliver what they didn’t own was ignored initially. But then the thought occurred to some that if the selling wasn’t enough to lower the silver price, eventually they could be called upon to deliver what they didn’t own. What would they do?

“Well, I suppose we would have to buy silver at higher prices than we sold it for in order to satisfy the contract,” said one.

“Hmm. That would mean that we would lose money,” said another.

Then someone added up the score and found that the total amount of silver that would be required to satisfy the obligation of the sellers exceeded all the silver produced in a whole year.  And the price of silver was stubbornly rising again as more and more people became aware of the depreciating currency and wanted the safety of silver instead.

And now the King faced the same problem that faces our country today. America faces the problem of excessive short positions in its silver market. There are “naked short positions” in our silver market that far, far exceed the annual silver production of the whole country. In fact, just eight large traders are net short more than seven times the annual silver mine production of the U.S.

If the purchasers of contracts to deliver silver should all require that the contracts be performed and the silver delivered, there would be available only a fraction of the total silver needed to comply. Innocent purchasers would suffer huge losses as a result.

But our market is regulated, you say. The Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is overseeing the silver market, isn’t it? How could they not realize that this was happening and prevent it? Isn’t that their job?

Sure it is. But they have done nothing about this imbalance and it has existed for a long time. Many people are incensed at this lack of protection and are writing letters and making calls to the CFTC, the Attorney General of New York, their Senators and Congressmen.

If you believe that efforts to artificially lower the price of silver is against your best interests – if you believe that maintaining free markets is essential for our country to function properly – if you believe that market manipulation is wrong – if you think this criminal activity should be stopped - then you should express your thoughts too.
