Fort Fairfield Installs New Camera System

 Big Brother is Watching You

By: David Deschesne

FORT FAIRFIELD, MAINE - The retirement community of Fort Fairfield, Maine (population 2,500) recently installed two cameras on Main Street with money received from a Department of Homeland Security Grant.

The cameras are located at either end of Main Street. One is on a utility pole in front of the Blockhouse and the other is situated on the Municipal Building.

These cameras are wireless with remote control pan and tilt. Both cameras are accessible, controllable and viewable on the internet to authorized password holders.

Like the cameras in George Orwell's 1984, there aren't enough people on staff to monitor the cameras' output twenty four hours a day, so the "proles" will just have to act as if they were being watched all the time.

If the government continues to follow the conception of "Big Brother" as outlined in Orwell's 1940's fictional 1984, there will soon be mandatory cameras in every room of every house, complete with speaker system to allow the police to talk back to the potential offender.

Congress Approves Mandatory Mental Health Screening

By: David Deschesne

One of the nation's leading medical groups, the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons (AAPS), decried a move by the U.S. Senate to join with the House in funding a federal program AAPS says will lead to mandatory psychological testing of every child in America – without the consent of parents.

Last month the Senate considered an omnibus appropriations bill that included funding for grants to implement universal children, pregnant women and adults through schools and pre-schools, it approved $20 million of the $44 million sought. The spending bill has its roots in the recommendations of the New Freedom Commission on Mental Health, created by President Bush in 2002.

Last September, AAPS lifetime member Rep. Ron Paul, M.D., R-Texas, tried to stop the plan in its tracks by offering an amendment to the Labor, HHS, and Education Appropriations Act for FY 2005. The amendment received 95 yes" votes, but it failed to pass.

While the federal bill on its face does not require mandatory mental health testing to be imposed upon states or local schools, it does contain block grant money that will likely be used – as is often the case with block funding – by the various states to implement mandatory psychological testing programs for all students in the public school system.

Although the report does not specifically recommend screening all students, it does suggest that schools are in a key position to identify the mental health problems early and to provide a link to appropriate services." Federal grant money could induce a state receiving money under this appropriation to make its mental testing of kids mandatory - and not be out of synch with the federal enactment.

"A long time ago I predicted that the psychs would dream up new handicapping conditions to perpetuate a need for themselves," said Maine Representative Henry Joy, R-Island Falls. "Unfortunately our society has reached a point where it demands this type of frivolity."

Parents for Label and Drug Free Education has released a vigorous response to and rejection of the recommendations of the President's New Freedom Commission on mental health policy in the United States. "We prefer to call it the 'New Intrusion Commission,'" said founder Patricia Weathers. The New Freedom Commission wants to even more vigorously pursue the labeling and drugging of our children, by screening ALL children and adults in the public schools (and elsewhere) for signs of possible "mental illness." This really means they are actively pursuing an expansion of the child market for psychiatric pharmaceuticals. This declaration will be used in our effort to halt the policy recommendations of the New Freedom Commission. We invite all concerned citizens to sign on to this declaration and defend our space to allow our children to grow and learn without labels and drugs, and to make parenting decisions without pressure from various governmental agents by logging on to www.ablechild.org"

California School Bans Declaration of Independence

Steven Williams, a fifth grade teacher from Stevens Creek School in San Francisco, California, has been barred from giving his students copies of documents from American history that refer to God -- including the Declaration of Independence!

AG Nominee a Mexican Supremacist

Attorney General nominee, Alberto Gonzales, is a confirmed member of the Mexican-supremacist group, LaRaza. LaRaza has sworn to turn the southwestern United States back over to Mexico.

Gonzales has also stated in the past that he believes torture to be perfectly reasonable, and the President should be above the law.

Missouri Passes Law to Tax Private Water Wells

By: David Deschesne

Missouri recently passed HB 1433 and was signed into law by their governor to set into motion the formation of Watershed Improvement Districts.

The bill was passed into law without any discussion from anyone who might disagree with it.

The new law will allow state officials to establish "volume monitoring," also known as metering of private, individual water wells.

Missouri is not alone in wanting to meter private wells. Pennsylvania, Washington, California, and other states are trying to pass similar legislation for well metering.

Feds Knew Pearl Harbor Attack

Was Coming

By: David Deschesne

Pearl Harbor day is December 7, in remembrance of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7, 1941.

Most school children grow up learning it was a "surprise" attack that caught everyone off guard. However, new Congressional admissions show that folks in the capitol not only knew the attack was coming, but encouraged it, in an effort to convince a pacifist United States citizenry to fight, not for their land, but for another.

In the early 40's, the United States was still suffering from an economic depression. Our leaders determined war to be the perfect financial remedy for the situation.

Using classic Hegelian dialectic principles of "Problem-Reaction-Solution," President Franklin Deleno Roosevelt and his confidant, Col. Edward Mandell House, conceived a plan that was sure to 'create' a war with Japan.

On July 25, 1941 Roosevelt ordered the Japanese assets in the U.S. frozen, thereby providing the Japanese one more reason to advance its plans to attack the U.S. (see Almanac of American History, ©1993 Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr., p. 484.)

The Japanese then prepared plans to attack Pearl Harbor, and since their encryption code had been decoded, officials in the District of Columbia not only knew their plans, but the day they were coming.

The following excerpts were forwarded to me in July of 2000 by then Congressman John Baldacci's office. They are from the Defense Appropriations Bill for 2000, bill number H.R. 4205:

"Sec. 576. Numerous investigations following the attack on Pearl Harbor have documented that Admiral Kimmel and Lieutenant General Short were not provided necessary and critical intelligence that was available, that foretold of war with Japan, that warned of imminent attack, and that would have alerted them to prepare for the attack, including such essential communiqués as the Japanese Pearl Harbor Bomb Plot message of September 24, 1941, and the message sent from the Imperial Japanese Foreign Ministry to the Japanese Ambassador in the United States from December 6 to 7, 1941, known as the Fourteen-Part Message... ...essential intelligence concerning Japanese intentions and war plans was available in Washington but was not shared with Admiral Kimmel... ...detailed information and intelligence about Japanese intentions and war plans were available in "abundance" but were not shared with the General Short's Hawaii command; and General Short was not provided on the evening of December 6th and the early morning of December 7th, the critical information indicating an almost immediate break with Japan, although there was ample time to do this..."

Other examples of U.S. government provocateuring are; the purposeful instigation of the torpedoing of the Lusitania to get us into World War I, the bombing of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma in 1995 to pass massive gun control legislation, and the most recent incident in New York on 9-11 to enable the government to pass dictatorial legislation, also known as the USA PATRIOT ACT and to consolidate all law enforcement in the country under a NAZI-style "Department of Homeland Security."

ATTORNEYS

By: Jack Lancaster

The Bar association engages in attornment, not law. It is fraudulent, criminal use of the vestiges of law (deadly force - police force) to exploit, dominate, subjugate, plunder and abuse another.

The history of the term "bar" as representing a legal organization dates from the early 1300s. The word originated when King Edward II established a system of courts throughout his kingdom to settle disputes among the people. Judges moved from village to village to hear and settle disagreements in the surrounding

communities.

The common people of this early era derived most of their entertainment and education in public gathering places. Hearing the plights and disputes of fellow villagers was a great diversion for them. As the courts grew in number, more people began attending these sessions as a social gathering. Consequently, the court sessions had to be held in fields or commons to accommodate the crowds.

It soon became necessary to set up boundaries to separate the spectators from the proceedings. This was

accomplished by surrounding the court with a square of logs. Only those persons who were part of the court or

party to the argument were allowed within the square of logs or "bars." Thus, the terminology, "admission to the bar," became synonymous with practicing law. The term "bar" since has come to mean an organized

group practicing law in a given locality.

These events laid the foundation for the establishment of the Boston Bar Association almost 400 years later, in 1761. This bar is the oldest reported legal association in the United States. It originally drew together some of the first lawyers in the colonies.

Private attornment forbids all non-union non-bar members from access to the law. The National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (Bar association) writes the laws of the states. In Bar association "courts" you are prosecuted, defended, and tried by Bar Association attorneys.

The fox guards the henhouse.

There is no such thing as an "attorney at law", only an "attorney of attornment" and a "lawyer at (or in) law."

Who then should practice law? I should, you should, everyone should, and must, study the law and utilize

it for good. Truth is all that should stand in the Law, "It is error alone that needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself."...Thomas Jefferson

Do you need a law license? Black's Law Dictionary (5th edition) defines license as: "The permission by competent authority to do an act which without such permission, would be illegal, a trespass, or a tort...." Thus in the "legal system" the "practice of law (attornment)" is either criminal, private property, or both, and therefore requires a "license".

The most fundamental practice of law is a parent correcting their child. all else is corollary to it. Must one have a license to be a parent?

All attorneys however, have no license to practice law. They have only Bar association membership cards indicating that their dues are current. It is not a license and not issued by any state.

There is no such thing as a "license to

practice law" issued by a state, the Bar association, or anyone else. Nobody can issue a license to attend to real Law, which is neither criminal nor anyone's private property.

Two U.S. Supreme Court rulings clearly illustrate that fact: Gideon v. Wainright, 372 U.S. 335, and Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen v. Virginia ex rel. Virginia State Bar, 377 U.S. 1, 7."

The attorneys responsibilities listed in order are:

1 first to the court,

2 second to the Bar,

3 third to the public interest and

4 finally to the client.

In the United States, the Constitution, is the Supreme Law of The Land and provides over thirty guarantees of equal protection of the law to the people. It is not the defense attorney's job to prove his client innocent. His job is to protect his clients Rights. When that is translated it means that if the defense attorney has done his job and protected his clients Rights, then there are no appealable issues once his client is convicted. Every attorney will always first protect both themselves and the system. For example, (s)he would never file criminal charges against a judge who is breaking the law, in order to merely protect a citizens Rights. They will instead ask to be removed from a case if the going gets sticky and abandon their client to slowly roast on the spit. The Outlaws consider this as simple cowardice and running in the face of the enemy.
