BIDDEFORD, MAINE - Dottie Lafortune, a native of Biddeford, Maine has been "attacked" by the city she calls home. The former host of the local public access TV talk show The Maine Forum and State Senatorial Candidate is suffering from a form of legalized land-grabbing extortion now so common in the new, communist United Socialist States of Amerika (USSA).
Shortly after acquiring a piece of property in Saco, in 1984, Lafortune closed her retail store located in that building and attempted to do something else with that part of the building in order to make it more profitable. The city, however, never issued her the appropriate permits even though the building was zoned properly for her intended use. That allowed for the foreclosure on the property. After a shady public auction where the foreclosing bank engaged in some nefarious shenanigans with the auctioneer and the city, her property was stolen from her.
Biddeford officials have subsequently harassed Ms. Lafortune and recently sold her house to a third party for $80,000 to settle an alleged $27,000 tax debt -Maine law allows the city to keep the difference, and it did. City corruption via taxation has increased dramatically since the bankruptcy of the US in 1933 with all land going into receivership with the Federal Reserve Bank.
Since 1991 she has been in a battle with corrupt city officials and bankers and has even had her mail illegally intercepted from her P.O. box on numerous occasions by unknown persons from within city government; which has led to the present situation at hand.
Lafortune is assisted in her fight for justice by WWII Veteran, former York County deputy Sheriff and Private Investigator, Philip Castora.
"In all my years in law enforcement, I've never witnessed such inhumane treatment to two innocent women, one who has since passed away," Castora said. He goes on to say, "I fought all of my life for what our constitution stands for and I'll be damned if I'll let these corrupt officials, judges, and lawyers continue to steal peoples' homes, property and rights."
After repeatedly denying her constitutional right to a jury trial and complete ambivalence by Governor Baldacci, Ms. Lafortune was violently removed from her home on Wednesday, November 19, by the black-robbed lords of Biddeford's SWAT team; as they continue to enforce a form of slavery upon us that they, and their families, also suffer under.
Partial Birth Abortion Ban Doesn't Ban Anything

The Partial Birth Abortion ban, recently passed in the Senate (Senate Bill S. 3) and signed into public law (P.L. 108-105) has been advertised as "banning partial birth abortion". However, there may be less truth in that statement than first thought.
Section 1531 of that bill reads: "the term `partial-birth abortion' means an abortion in which the person performing the abortion... deliberately and intentionally vaginally delivers a living fetus until, in the case of a head-first presentation, the entire fetal head is outside the body of the mother, or, in the case of breech presentation, any part of the fetal trunk past the navel is outside the body of the mother, for the purpose of performing an overt act that the person knows will kill the partially delivered living fetus..."
It appears that a partial-birth abortion, as defined, is only illegal if the baby is killed "after the entire head," or "the fetal trunk past the naval," is outside the body.
A clever doctor would simply kill the baby at birth BEFORE either of those two criteria (whichever applies - head first, or breech) are met. Thereby making the killing within the law.
The Republicans, seeking to whitewash their "Neocon" label, were forced to at least appear conservative by the passage of a bill such as this, but in reality, most of them are valiant supportersof liberal Democrat ideologies. The Washington politicians' only hope now, is that the public schools have performed their assigned duties of deliberately dumbing down the population so that the people who vote don't know how to read or research well enough to decode the bills they would rather us not read and understand.

Senate Considers Soviet-Style National Service Bill
WASHINGTON, D.C. - In an effort to increase the supply of "cannon fodder" for their unconstitutional globalist wars, the U.S. Senate is now considering Senate Bill S.89, introduced Jan. 7, 2003, in order to compel mandatory participation in the armed forces. The bill's stated goals are:
"To provide for the common defense by requiring that all young persons perform a period of military service or a period of civilian service in furtherance of the national defense and homeland security, and for other purposes."
Modeled after the former NAZI and Soviet Union's military plans, all adults, male and female, between the ages of 18-26 will be required to serve in either the armed forces or national/community Homeland Security service.
The concept of compulsory military service has been around for thousands of years, dating back to the early days of the Bible (I Samuel 8:11-12) . In recent history, The Round Table Group (RTG), a private club in Britain, was able to influence lawmakers there in 1940 to institute a similar National Service program. The RTG is a division of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) in England which has stated goals of world domination through its public-private partnership with government.
Since the private club which runs our country's government, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), was established by those same men who enjoyed membership in the RIIA and RTG, and share their ideology of global domination, it is only natural to expect the same imperialist-style behavior as they desired.
The National Service Bill will compel U.S. citizens to perform military service under foreign command, usually the United Nations, to further the goals of the CFR.
While the current war in Iraq is not publicly sanctioned by the UN, that only appears to be an elaborate strategy of "good cop, bad cop" designed to make the US appear evil, and the UN the savior of world oppression. That impression of evil that the US has earned in the eyes of its neighbors is neither shared, nor understood by most mentally somnolent American citizens who patriotically wave their flags, but have no historical frame-of-reference, or concept, of the true power structures which run the world.
The UN has stated goals of a "One World Army" and complete global disarmament, including all local police, save those weapons needed for its purposes (see U.S. Public Law 87-297).
Because the US is the primary functionary in the UN, the National Service Bill will provide future Presidents the ability to man and equip a UN One World Army by legislative fiat.

Judge Orders Mom to Stop Teaching Christian Principles
A Colorado mother is appealing a child custody decision in which a court barred her from teaching homosexuality is wrong.
Cheryl Clark, who says she is a Christian, has been ordered by Denver County Circuit Judge John W. Coughlin to "make sure that there is nothing in the religious upbringing or teaching that the minor child is exposed to that can be considered homophobic."
The directive arose from the decision to award joint parenting responsibilities for her daughter to a practicing homosexual.
Clark was once in a lesbian relationship with Elsey McLeod which broke up after Clark became a Christian and concluded homosexual behavior was wrong.
The Denver court gave McLeod joint custody of Clark's adopted daughter, Emma, even though McLeod had no legal relationship to the girl. It also, in conjunction with the ruling in favor of McLeod, said Clark cannot raise her child with any religious teaching or upbringing that is "homophobic."
Another troubling aspect of this case is the award of visitation and joint parenting responsibilities to a third-party who has no legal relationship to the daughter or the mother.
No known cases have gone to the extent of Coughlin, issuing a directive that restricts a parent's religious practice.
ASTANA, KAZAKHSTAN - In September, 2003 key leaders from 18 separate faiths attended a two-day conference of major religions in Kazakhstan, under the banner of "Congress of World and Traditional Religions.
One delegate from the group, headed by secretary-general Sheikh Abdullah Al-Turki, hopes to transform it into a "United Nations of Religions."
Representatives from other faiths included: Jewish, Taoists, Buddhists, and Shinto.
The Congress was chaired by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. The delegates agreed Kazakhtstan would be the appropriate place for a new, permanent organization for more dialogue between peoples of all religions.
US Supreme Court Under World Court
ATLANTA, GA - American courts need to pay more attention to international legal decisions to help create a more favorable impression abroad, said U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor at an awards dinner in Atlanta.
"The impressions we create in this world are important, and they can leave their mark," O'Connor said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The 73-year-old Council on Foreign Relations-controlled justice and some of her high court colleagues have made similar appeals to foreign law, not only in speeches and interviews, but in some of their legal opinions. Her most recent public remarks came at a dinner Tuesday sponsored by the Atlanta-based Southern Center for International Studies.
The occasion was the center's presentation to her of its World Justice Award.

The Great Pyramid sits on the "Four Corners of the Earth"

Within and about the Great Pyramid of Egypt there are a great many items encoded that at the least are very interesting and, as some believe, biblically prophetical.
The Great Pyramid was placed in the exact center of all the land area of the world. Lines drawn through the north-south and east west axis of the pyramid divide equally the earth's terrain. The north-south axis (31° 9' meridian east of Greenwich) is the longest land meridian, and the east-west axis (29° 58' 51" north), the longest land parallel. This divides the earth into four land masses of equal area. The Bible refers to the "four corners of the earth" in Revelation 7:1
In Isaiah 19:19-20, where a pillar is referred to in the land of Egypt, some interesting things occur for those who take a closer look. Isaiah was originally written in the Hebrew language. The Hebrew, like the Romans, used their letters as numbers, since they did not have a separate system of number symbols. If you take the original Hebrew text of Isaiah 19: 19-20 and assign the corresponding number value to each of the Hebrew characters contained therein and add them up, you will get the number 5449. The Great Pyramid of Egypt measures 5449 pyramid inches from its base to its currently existing plateau (plateau: the capstone was rejected because the pyramid had an error within it that did not allow it to fit). Also, the length of both ascending and descending passages from the entrance to their ends each equal 5449 pyramid inches. In that same bible passage, an altar is said to be: "...in the midst of the land of Egypt and a pillar (Hebrew: 'monument') at the border, thereof..." The Great Pyramid sits in the east-west center of Egypt and on the border of Upper and Lower Egypt.
The common belief over the past 100 years has been that the Great Pyramid was built for the ancient ruler, Cheops (or Khufu as he is sometimes known). Herodotus notes that Cheops never used the Great Pyramid as a tomb, but was buried elsewhere. Additional archaeological confirmations have recently been discovered in an inscription on a scarab which speaks of the "Southern Tomb of Khufu" and a limestone stele confirmed to have been written by Khufu describing the Great Pyramid as already existing when he came to power.

Last year, Steven Livingston, professor of political communication at George Washington University, astonished attendees at a conference on the geopolitical pros and cons of satellite imagery. He didn’t produce evidence of new military mobilizations or global pandemics. Instead, he showed a video of figure skater Katarina Witt during a 1998 skating competition.
In the clip, Witt gracefully plies the ice for about 20 seconds. Then came what is perhaps one of the most unusual sports replays ever seen. The background was the same, the camera movements were the same. In fact, the image was identical to the original in all ways except for a rather important one: Witt had disappeared, along with all signs of her, such as shadows or plumes of ice flying from her skates. In their place was exactly what you would expect if Witt had never been there to begin with - the ice, the walls of the rink and the crowd.
What sets the Witt demo apart (from older airbrushing" technologies) is that the technology used to virtually delete" the skater can now be applied in real time! It can be applied live, even as a camera records a scene and instantly broadcasts it to viewers. In the fraction of a second between video frames, any person or object moving in the foreground can be edited out, and objects that aren’t there can be edited in and made to look real. Pixel plasticity," Livingston calls it. The implicationfor those at the satellite imagery conference was sobering: Pictures from orbit may not necessarily be what the satellite’s electronic camera actually recorded.
The best-known examples of real-time video manipulation so far are virtual insertions" in professional sports broadcasts. Last January 30, for instance, nearly one-sixth of humankind in more than 180 countries repeatedly saw an orange first-down line stretched across the gridiron as they watched the Super Bowl. Princeton Video Imaging (PVI) in Lawrenceville, N.J., created that line, stored it in a computer, and inserted it into the live feed of the broadcast. To help determine where to insert the orange pixels, several game cameras were fitted with sensors that tracked the cameras spatial positions and zoom levels.
Adding to the illusion of reality was the ability of the PVI system to make sure that players and referees occlude the virtual line when their bodies traverse it.
Any video that has ever been recorded is becoming clip art that producers can digitally sculpt into the story they want to tell. It is perfectly possible now to insert sets of pixels into satellite imagery data that interpreters would view as battalions of tanks, or war planes, or burial sites, or lines of refugees, or dead cows that activists claim are victims of a biotech accident. Imagine a tape of virtual Pakistani tanks rolling over the border into India pitched to news outlets as authentic, and you get a feel for the kind of trouble that deceptive imagery could stir up.
The technology can also be used in conjunction with data-mining services to subtly place product advertisements within the scene of a television program - advertisements tailored to individual households. With the new digital TV technology, while three people are watching the same program in separate houses, each may see a different product placed within the scene they are viewing - based upon previously obtained demographics.
Contemporary shots featuring footage of dead performers have been around for several years. But the Hollywood illusion-craft that, for example, inserted John Wayne into a TV commercial required painstaking, frame-by-frame post-production work by skilled technicians. There’s a big difference now; what used to take an hour (per video frame), now can be done in a sixtieth of a second. This dramatic speed-up means that manipulation can be done in real time, on the fly, as a camera records or broadcasts. Not only can John Wayne, Fred Astaire or Saddam Hussein be virtually inserted into pre-produced ads, they could be inserted into, say, a live broadcast of the Drew Carey Show.
The trouble is," said Livingston, it may only take a few such experiments to forever make people question the authenticity of video." That could have enormous repercussions for military, intelligence and news operations. An ironic sociological consequence might emerge: a return to heavier reliance on unmediated face-to-face communication. In the meantime, though, there will undoubtedly be some interesting twists and turns as pixels become ever more plastic.
