Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of two thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) dollars as of January 1, 2003 for charges made to a certain Visa credit card issued to Defendant by Plaintiff at Defendant's request, per the statement of account attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A.
2. This balance is comprised of $1,800.00 principal and $200.00 accrued interest from May 15, 2002.
3. Interest continues to accrue at 19.24% per annum.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the amount of two thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) dollars, interest, and costs.
